4. | 11/14/2007 8:49:00 PM | The various States professional Medical societies. They represent all the specialties and are closest to the Patient-Physician relationship. They are non commercial, not for profit and have professional ethics to live up to. |
5. | 11/15/2007 4:29:00 PM | commercial, but government sanctioned and approved |

9. | 11/17/2007 2:46:00 AM | no clue. |
10. | 11/19/2007 2:36:00 PM | I do not know enough about health vault |
11. | 11/19/2007 2:44:00 PM | my own |
12. | 11/19/2007 7:01:00 PM | specific pediatric program |

22. | 11/22/2007 6:14:00 PM | I don't know |
23. | 11/22/2007 6:28:00 PM | None of them. I feel that vendors should focus on "front ends"--i.e. the browsers accessing and displaying the data, but that there should be a single-source/single-structure to the back end database. Too much money is spent maintaining disparate systems, and the future of medicine is the use of aggregate de-identified patient data as the evidence-base for quality improvement. The question is, who will be the trustee of the data ? |
24. | 11/22/2007 6:37:00 PM | can not say |
25. | 11/22/2007 6:50:00 PM | would need to judge which system is the best. |
26. | 11/22/2007 6:59:00 PM | I would chose Microsoft based onpast experience but I would need to actually look at the features on the different systems. I have reviewed many different systems and in general, I do not think they are oriented to what would work best for the provider but rather what allow the system to decrease its costs by download work ontothe physicians. I have viewed some that have been created by physicians that do take into account how to allow physicins tio spend their time seeing patient and minimize their time in charting and contacting the patients with results. |
27. | 11/22/2007 7:15:00 PM | I'd evaluate the functionality of each and decide |
28. | 11/22/2007 7:23:00 PM | unsure |

31. | 11/22/2007 8:40:00 PM | Whichever system were able to integrate as a truly patient focused utility, i.e. contained both inpatient and ambulatory information. I.E. would have to be adopted by my hospital as its patient record/workflow/pharmacy engine. |

33. | 11/22/2007 9:02:00 PM | not enough information to answer this question...would need to research companies and products |

63. | 11/23/2007 2:15:00 PM | None of the above. It needs to be a non-for-profit company, with no insurance or government affiliations, if at all. |

76. | 11/23/2007 6:00:00 PM | Partners |
77. | 11/23/2007 6:59:00 PM | I would need more information to sort between these at this point; there are a few I would definitely NOT select, but then several that I have no reasonable way to sort between.... |
78. | 11/23/2007 7:24:00 PM | I would hope we would have a nationwide universal system, otherwise it would not be as useful |

91. | 11/24/2007 3:20:00 PM | none |
92. | 11/24/2007 3:35:00 PM | Not any corporation or entity that is not entirely and uniquely focused on an EMR. Multi-tasking companies can't do this, since if the EMR does not drop profit to the bottom line who is going to assure that the system will be around forever. Government systems are very slow, costly, full of mistakes, already funded by us and awful already, why should we pay for more slowness. Go look at Epic. |

101. | 11/26/2007 3:03:00 AM | are you nuts? The incentives to hack the system to breach privacy are too great. Think Hilary Clinton's stealing FBI files on her "enemies" |
102. | 11/26/2007 11:04:00 AM | i would continue to use our institutionally endorsed system |
